• Neal’s Yard Remedies Comfrey and Mallow Foot Balm is a nourishing feet balm.

  Comfort tired feet with this soothing ointment. It nourishes dry, cracked heels and tough skin thanks to a blend of almond and wheat germ, soothing comfrey and softening mallow. For a more intensive treatment, apply Comfrey and Mallow Foot Balm before going to bed, slip your feet into a pair of socks and leave the balm on overnight.

  How to Use: Gently massage the feet, paying particular attention to the heels and other areas of dry or hard skin. Allow the cream to be absorbed. To treat the feet: add 1 drop of Bergamot, Peppermint, Tea Tree and Lavender essential oils to 10 ml of bath oil and pour into a bowl of cool water.

  Relax for 10 minutes with the feet soaked.

  Dry the feet and apply a layer of Pumice Foot Scrub, leaving it on for a few minutes before gently massaging to reveal smoother, softer skin. To finish, apply a layer of Comfrey and Mallow foot balm.
