• Start at the forehead and make short, smooth strokes with the brush, moving towards the heart. Gently massage the entire face with light pressure, avoiding sensitive areas and any damaged skin. Massage from the center of the face outward, then move to the neck and décolleté area, ensuring you also target the lymph nodes to help drain lymphatic fluid. Remember to massage dry skin without using any cosmetics. Repeat each movement several times.
