• Red, swollen, or painful gums—whether during periods of gingivitis flare-ups or simply for preventative care—can benefit from the “Sage” balm by Weleda. Its formula is enriched with extracts from three medicinal plants—sage, chamomile, and ratanhia—that work together to provide a soothing, anti-inflammatory, and strengthening effect. This product helps reduce gum sensitivity, eliminate bleeding, and accelerate tissue healing (for instance, after dental procedures like tooth extraction, implantation, or periodontitis treatment).

  Features of Weleda Salbei Zahnfleischbalsam Gum Balm:

• After brushing your teeth, gently massage your gums with a soft toothbrush or the tip of your finger for 1-2 minutes. Avoid eating or rinsing your mouth for 15 minutes afterward.

  For gum care and areas covered by a denture: after each cleaning and before wearing the dentures, apply a thin layer of balm to the denture surface that touches the gums. The balm does not have adhesive properties for the denture.
