Omni Biotic AB 10 Directions:

Stir 1 sachet of Omni-Biotic AB 10 once or twice daily into a glass of water (approx. 4 oz / 125 mL) at room temperature, wait at least 1 minute for bacterial activation, stir again and then drink. Children up to 3 years of age should take half the dose. Omni-Biotic AB 10 should preferably be taken on an empty stomach. If you take Omni-Biotic AB 10 twice a day, intake right after waking up in the morning and before going to bed in the evening is suggested.
