Dosage
“It is ingested diluted.
>6 to 12 years: 1 drop twice a day.
From 12 to 18 years: 2 drops twice a day.
Adults: 2 drops 3 times a day.
This solution is also suitable for cutaneous use, inhalation or diffusion.
To stimulate the defenses:
Place 2-3 drops on the inside of your wrists, rub them together, and inhale deeply. Repeat 1-2 times a day.
To purify the air:
Use an essential oil diffuser with 8 drops of this synergy.
