of Solaray® contains 350 mg of fully reacted bisglycinate and an additional 5 mg of Bioperine®. Our chelated formula helps support healthy relaxation as well as bones and muscles.
This higher absorbing form of magnesium is formulated with the amino acid Glycine to give your body the best in terms of absorption.
To further improve our formula, we have added Bioperine®, a form of black pepper extract, which has been clinically studied to improve bioavailability.
