Directions:
1. Use on clean eyebrows (no make up).
2. Remove cap, turn the base until gel appears (approximately 20 clicks).
3. Gently apply on the eyebrow to desired thickness and shape.
4. Allow to dry at least 8-10 minutes before applying makeup.
5. Easily removable with an eye make-up remover.
