The rich and creamy formula gently moisturizes dry skin with strong penetrating lanolin oil and easy to use with the eyedropper tool.
Deborah Lippmann Cuticle remover does not consist of chemicals, formaldehyde resin, toluene, DBP (dibutyl phthalate), or camphor, and is not tested on animals.

Directions:
